6: If you don’t leave us a message, we can only send the pen without any customized content.
7: If you need to customize the text, please be sure to remark the content to us when placing the order, or write to us within 0-5 hours. For example: Customized: “Happy New Year” when we receive your message. “Happy New Year” will be engraved on the pen. If you do not notify us in time, the pen has already been sent. We cannot change. Hope to understand.
