Please provide your engraving information “within 24 hours” after payment!
If no engraved text is sent to me within 24 hours, I will send you an unprocessed blank product.

Returns Term:
In case you received a defective item, the customer has up to 7 days from date of receipt to request for refund or exchange for a new one.
In case you received a wrong item, Items must be returned in its original and unused condition & must also be in its original box and packing.
In such case, we ask that you contact us immediately so we may remedy the situation. Your satisfaction is important to us and we value your business.
